Tis the season for delicious English Rhubarb

You can’t get much more  English than seasonal Rhubarb. As well as beautiful in appearance, it has fabulous health benefits of vitamin A –  a powerful natural anti-oxidant  and K which has  a potential role in promoting healthy bone formation and strengthening activity  As well as being utterly  delicious . Keep it simple – roast it !! … cut in to 6cm lengths and place on a tray on parchment paper. Dust liberally with icing sugar and roast in the oven at 160IMG_6582 ')}
